"First of all the staff was very welcoming and nice, we arrived at 8pm, we checked in right away, explanation of everything very clear and fast, we went to our room, the last one since it was a suite, it had to be done a bit of stairs but it was worth it, very nice and very clean, comfortable and simple but at the same time sophisticated environment, all made of wood, the shower like a mirror including bathroom and sink, a very large double bed and comfortable with four pillows facing small windows, then a small door that opens and overlooks the terrace."

i found the staff kind and helpful. the hotel offered complimentary tea and coffee all day, a lovely touch. i also received a free room upgrade upon arrival (what a treat!).
the street outside felt a bit dark at night, and more lighting would definitely improve the sense of security (i'm just saying).

the hotel is near major attractions such as the blue mosque and hagia sophia. the historical downtown location on the tourist peninsula is quite convenientan easy stroll to various sites. it's also close to many restaurants and cafes.

while i didn't have extensive meals at the hotel, they offered complimentary coffee and tea all day. the lady preparing breakfast was very warm. many restaurants, sweet shops, and cafes are within walking distance.

the hotel is clean and nicely decorated with an antique feel. the rooms were cleaned daily, and the linens were changed. hallways are monitored by cameras.

the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful (minhaz and nadiye stood out). they offered guidance on local attractions. the owner and staff ensured guests felt welcome and comfortable throughout their stay. their hospitality made a difference.

the staff were very pleasant. They did provide everything we asked for. the room was tidy, clean, and comfortable, i did think it was an excellent choice FOR the money.
the room i stayed in was the smallest room i have ever stayed in. the bathroom door didn't fully open, it hit the bed. it WAS impossible to have our suitcases open, i could not even walk.

Fantastic Stay Close to Everything!

My room was super clean. The bathroom looked brand new, too, and was so tidy. I loved that my room was in a separate wing. It has a laundry and kitchen I could use whenever I wanted. The location rocks, only a short walk to major spots like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia!
The sound proofing could be better.

Breakfast includes a simple yet satisfying spread with bread, jam, cheese, and coffee. The woman preparing the breakfast adds a friendly, personal touch each morning. So good!
